Booking & Packages
Yes! We have a two hour minimum for most services. Additional time can be added to most photo booth bookings at a rate of $150/hr.
Yes! We have accommodated many of our client's pre-approved vendor agreement contracts! Please send it to us for review and approval.
Additional travel fees apply for events beyond 60 miles round trip from zip code 94546 at $1 per mile. A flat $50 parking fee will be added for events requiring paid parking, unless the client agrees to reimburse parking costs with a receipt or other agreed-upon arrangement.
Absolutely! A wide range of fun and silly props are included, such as hats, glasses, masks, signs, and various accessories. We provide themed signs perfect for weddings, birthdays, mitzvahs, quinceaneras, sweet 16s, baby showers, graduations, 90s parties, corporate events, galas, and many other occasions. Rest assured, we will always supply the most suitable props for your specific event and theme.
A dedicated attendant will be present to welcome and help guests at your event. For digital-only photo booth rentals without printing, we also offer a drop-off/pick-up, unstaffed option.

Standard "Pillowcase" Backdrops:
Size: 7’6” x 7’6”
Features: A wide variety of designs, patterns, and colors. The fabric stretches tightly over an aluminum frame, preventing wrinkles from appearing in photos.
Sequin Backdrops:
Description: Hung like a curtain to add a glamorous touch to any event.
Greenscreen Backdrop:
Description: Allows for digital placement of any image as the background.
Guests can choose from 1 to 6 different background images.
Custom Printed Backdrop:
Standard Size: 7’6” x 7’6” (larger sizes available upon request).
Material: We use a non-reflective stretch material to avoid glare and ensure a smooth, professional look. While vinyl is cheaper, it creases and reflects light badly.
Lead Time: Please allow a minimum of 1-3 weeks for production.
Absolutely! We are fully insured and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if you need one. To expedite the process, please send us a sample COI from your venue or any specific wording that needs to be included.
Design & Customization
Photo branding is always included in our booth packages. You'll complete a design questionnaire, providing details for your custom design. We'll create an initial design and refine it based on your feedback (within reason) until approved. Or, if you prefer, you can provide your own design artwork. We offer template specs and a Photoshop file for those who have designers or design capabilities.

Setup & Technical Requirements
The photobooth needs a 10' x 10' space for set-up. A power outlet should be within 30 feet of booth set-up, and ideally the ground must is level. (Don't worry, we'll bring extension cords!) We ask that the venue provides a 6 ft rectangular table (with a linen) for our props.
Our staff will arrive for load-in/setup 1-1.5 hours prior to the contracted photo booth start time. We drive normal sized cars (no business trucks), and all of our equipment is transported on a single wheeled push-cart that can fit in any standard sized elevator. The booths can generally be set up in 30-45 min, however we give our staff additional time in case anything comes up that might delay setting up. Breakdown takes about 15-20 min. All setup/breakdown fees are included for all photo booth bookings.
